COAL

Coal is a dark brown flammable rock that is produced when land and water plants accumulate and are buried over a geographical age transmitted by heat and pressure. It takes a long time to form a thick, wide layer of coal deposits where the soil sinks slowly. Supposedly, they were buried underground slowly while the soil was submerged, the sand covered it, and plants flourished on it.
Regarding generational age, more than 1/3 of the world's coal is supposed to have formed during the Paleozoic era (about 5 to 2 million years ago) under which European, North American, and Asian coals lie. the rest probably formed in the Mesozoic and Cainozoic eras. Most coal is thought to have formed in the Carboniferous Age in the paleozolic era (at the end of the Paleozoic era). Bracken, Sphenophyta, Lepidendrales, and Codeite are the main plants which are about 20~30m tall.
Hardening begins when the wilted plant is completely immersed in the water, and the air is blocked, so that the plant no longer rusts, and then they get the pressure of the earth and the heat under the soil. Although the cause of the transmutation has not been established, they say temperatures of a few tens to 200°C at thousands of pressures are optimal conditions for coalification.
Coal consists mainly of carbon, with traces of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur, and inorganic matters. Most of the inorganic matter is carried away by underground water after sedimentation of the plants themselves. Coal molecules have a high molecular type that forms a monomer aromatic ring in general. It can be said to be anthracite or graphite according to the degree of carbonization linked to the carbon chain, etc. because the monomer encapsulates the low molecule.
